Participate In LEO Tower Pre-Shares Programme I want to join LEO Tower pre-share programme I agree that by joining this programme Ihave to abide by all the terms and conditions set out by the company in regards of this programme I acknowledge that after agreeing to these terms and conditions I can gain LEO Tower pre-share awards from LEO upon meeting qualification criteria I acknowledge that LEO is not selling LEO Tower pre-shares but awarding to its members. The only way to gain pre-shares from the company is in shape of awards against my sales performance I acknowledge that company have the right to make amendments in the terms and conditions anytime, without any notice to protect the interest of all its pre-share holders I acknowledge that my pre-shares are not linked to my business position so in case I want to transfer mybusiness position mypre-shares will not automatically be transferred to the new owner I acknowledge tha the company can make amendments to the ratio at which pre-share awards and Mandatory awards are given. Platinum: £500 worth of portfolio: £250 worth of pre-shares will be awarded and £250 worth of credit will be awarded into Mandatory account. Associate: £1000 worth of portfolio: £1000 worth of pre-shares will be awarded Note:The total value of portfolio is calculated against member-to-member price at the time of achievement that is guaranteed only at that particular time. I acknowledge that by accepting to participate in LEO Tower pre-share programme 30% of all mycommissions will be credited to Mandatory account I agree that if I use LEO internal buy/sell platform I will have to pay 10% handling fee incase I sell my pre-shares,deducted from the successful sales price I accept that prices can go up and/or down, and acknowledge that LEO has made no promise of profits. The portfolio value of share totally depends on the average pre-share value. I accept and agree that the company’s electronic share register takes precedence to any physical contracts or certificates.
