Participated in the 1st B.I.R (Brevet India Randonneuer) held in Goa on Sunday 2nd Nov-Goa in a Nutshell, a 203 Kms Ride around Goa, starting from Panjim-Bicholim-Valpoi-Quepem-Cuncolim-Margao-Vasco-Panjim. it was heartening to see that the participants had more than doubled over the last season. The Cycling community in Goa is growing, the Enthusiasm and Camaraderie is pulsating. We need the support of the Govt. & Motorists to make Goan Roads safer for Pedestrians & Riders alike; this will encourage more riders from all age groups to join in this healthy & stress busting activity. Thanks to the organizers, volunteers, participants and well wishers for the fantastic support. Special thanks to The Boss, Terence Moniz for his immense contribution to the sport and for accompanying me throughout the route. Way to go Cycling Goa, Viva Goa Randonneurs, Viva India Randonneurs.
