Partner-PEO has an opening vacancy for a Multinational Nutrition Company, the Job Description is as following: Job title: Factory HR Business Partner Reporting to: HR Manager Factory Manager Main Responsibilities: • Fill all open vacancies by synchronizing with Recruitment Specialist and by implementing recruitment policy. • Maintain a pool of CV database for ready new replacements. • Apply the Recruitment process in hiring. • Monitor the company hiring medical test. • Responsible for settling in and orientation of hired employees. • Responsible for settling in and orientation of expatriates. • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the IN and OUT process cycle of hiring. • Responsible for the completion of full set of personnel files and data base of company employees. • Responsible for labor Relations procedures completion, supervising company representatives proper and timely execution. • Generate required periodical statistical report. • Responsible for monitoring and solving employee Relations at the factory • Conduct exit interviews. • Responsible for Time Management and vacation balance management and reporting and automatic overtime. • Coordinate training plan at the factory in collaboration with Training Specialist. • Participation, commitment and follow up for all HR activities in NCE. • Follow up on the CARE audit gaps in the factory conduct and follow up the gaps of satisfactory survey, Qualifications: • Bachelor degree • 2 years of relevant experience. • English Language: Very Good • Computer Skills: Very good Gender: Male Working Location: Banha Working Hours: from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM Days Off: Friday and Saturday Benefits: Excellent Compensation Package.
