Pasta with coconut shrimp sauce. Shrimps: Season with 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder (or to taste), and a pinch of salt. Cook the seasoned shrimps in a pan with 1 tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat. When shrimps look done, set aside for later. Sauce: In the same pan add: 2 tbsp oil 1 sliced onion 2 tsp garlic & ginger paste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp salt When onions are golden, add about 2/3 cup of water (or less if you want the sauce thicker), 1 can of coconut milk, chopped bell peppers, and your shrimps. Let the cook on low heat for a couple of minutes. You can always adjust your salt later, I used less salt but more spices in mine. Add to any pasta and enjoy :)
