Pastors are finally in trouble Too many people in church cant manage their homes and yet they complain about how their Pastor manages their church Too many people have no structure in their lives and yet they query the structure of their local parish. Too many people squander their own money and yet they complain of every new thing the Pastor purchases for the church. Too many people cannot even manage a relationship and yet they blame the Pastor for not pleasing everybody. Too many people have never led the minutest group in life and yet they would like to teach their pastors how to lead a congregation. Too many people have spent 30 years failing and yet they blame their Pastors for not changing their fortunes in one year. Too many people Too many people Too many people And yet the Pastor would say Father forgive them for they know not what they do So many people think Pastors are not under pressure like they are Pastors dont need to get angry Pastors should never be ill at anytime Pastors should be perfect Pastors should keep his eyes open every night Pastors should think like the ALMIGHTY GOD Pastors should do this. Pastors should do that. When Pastors ignore family needs to meet their needs, they would turn back and say see how he has enslaved his wife and children. One woman once abused her Pastor in public. YOU NEED TO SEE THE RED EYEBALLS OF THIS SHERPHERD. Those red eyeballs would cook beans in 30 seconds. Yet the man said no word... Pastors are really in trouble Thank God I am not one In church its hard to send people away. In other ministries its the simplest thing to do. Thats why MINISTRY sounds like MILITARY. Its time to publicly acknowledge your Pastor and appreciate the fact that despite his human nature, he is still trying his best to meet your spiritual needs. Mention your Pastors name here if you love and respect him. Lets appreciate them again and again
