Pastor’s Moment: Your Third day is coming. In life I have - TopicsExpress

Pastor’s Moment: Your Third day is coming. In life I have noticed that with calculated patience, clear focus and persistent (almost stubborn) practical faith in your dreams, your present circumstances are just an introduction to a story that ends in triumph on the third day. The bible has several references to the third day cycles. The cycle starts with pain and almost always ends in triumph. Two days of pain and silence are always shadowed by the triumph of the Third Day. Look when Moses threw the stick down and it turned into a snake, so did the Pharaoh and his magicians but at one point this is recorded, So Moses stretched out his hand toward the sky, and total darkness covered all Egypt for three days. Exodus 10:22 How about Jonah? But the Lord provided a great fish to swallow Jonah, and Jonah was inside the fish three days and three nights. Jonah 1:17. Jesus told the disciples before hand: For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Matthew 12:40. because he was teaching his disciples. He said to them, The Son of Man is going to be betrayed into the hands of men. They will kill him, and after three days he will rise. Mark 9:31 It happened just as He said: but God RAISED him from the dead on the THIRD day and caused him to be seen. Acts 10:40 There are so many other Scriptures that refer to three days or the third day. I cannot go to all of them, but remain encouraged about the triumph of your third day. There will be times in our lives that we may feel we are in darkness, in the belly of a fish, or even in a tomb, but we cant lose sight of the hope that is before us - the light returned, Jonah was spit out on dry ground, and Jesus arose on the third day! Along the way we all wonder why? Jonah was even swallowed by a fish! Jesus tried to stop it..remove this cup... The pain may come, but be sure your relief will also come It does not matter how long your Day 1 and Day 2 last, Your Third Day is coming God Bless You and Keep You
