Paul and I did a 21 mile bike ride this morning, taking about 90 minutes total. We rode through areas that made me think of the movie Deliverance. And of course the wind was not being kind to us either. So when we got home I decided to make Paul his Trinidadian hot pepper sauce. Dinner is braising on the stove top. Beef brisket with onions, mushrooms, and carrots, mashed cauliflower and potatoes, and green beans with garlic. Hope everyone is well...Peace
