Paws & Mittens *** Doors closed *** Sadly, like all other rescues in our area and in the U.K, we have reached bursting point and have had to announce closed doors. For now. We now have 30 cats in our care. Once of which is an expecting mummy. We are working aimlessly through the days, and nights, to find perfect forever homes for these babies, and in the mean time neuter, chip and treat them with any vetinary care they need. Of course, 30 cats too also demand a LOT of food and litter, each and every day. We never like to beg or ask, we run solely on adoption donations and lovely donations from our supporters, but the doors have closed and the account is in red. IF you can spare, even a pound, to help, we, and the cats would be so grateful. Food and litter donations are always gratefully received in our area (Little Oakley / Harwich) or donations towards vet bills can be made via PayPal to pawsandmittens@hotmail.
