Paws...we call him Mr. Paws!!!! Mr. Paws is our pull from CACC-he was on death row, given up because the previous owner had a baby. Makes no sense to me. Now, Mr. Paws knows he was saved. Hes a gentle soul, but to date, has shown poorly. Why, you might ask? Well, imagine you living with someone your whole life, and then being loaded into a carrier and dumped on the desk at CACC, a place filled with scary smells and sights, and barking desperate dogs and meowing cats. HE KNEW. Rescued, comfortable with us, he is loving, gentle and kind. Then why are we still seeking a forever home for him? Because this gentle soul really so would love more attention than he gets here. Paws would do well once he was in your home, getting to know you and adjust. Hes gentlemanly, loves laps, loves petting. I call him my Winnie The Pooh cat. Hes incredible. He will stay with us if the perfect home doesnt open up. But we think he deserves to have a bed to himself with his person and maybe another cat, to feel that hes king of the roost. He spends so much time alone here, and we know hed rather be with someone.
