Pearl of the Day “The advantage of MR angiography is the absence of radiation exposure, which is an important consideration in young patients who need to undergo serial examinations. Aneurysms and dissections of the aorta and ma jor branch vessels are well depicted by contrast-enhanced MR angiography.
