Pele update... Vet Alistair has just emailed over an update (our update last night was second-hand) and it turns out that, actually, the surgery was considerably more extensive than anticipated in order to get a clear margin on the suspect tissue. But Alistair is confident that they did get a clear margin. Pele is doing well this morning - and in no pain thanks to a clever wound soaker catheter which drips lidocaine into the surgical site. Thank you again to everyone who has contributed funds towards Peles surgery. We really could not have given this beautiful boy this chance without you.
