#Pelotonia14 I am sure once the dust settles, the last table and chair stacked into storage, road signs collected and everyone finally goes home to put up their exhausted feet, thinking about everything leading up to, including and following this amazing weekend will pale in comparison to to the memories created and the lives changed because of Pelotonia. It took me quite a while to prepare for the 100 mile ride. I learned so much about what I am capable of doing. There were moments in the last 25 miles where I was wishing to hear a bell. Those beautiful bells that ring out of love for what we did! For cycling! For raising funds! For being a visible icon on the roads showing emotion! Showing our struggle! Our sweat and tears! When the ride ends, Cancer is still there. When the ride ends, Pelotonia is still there! 7200 + riders out working hard to END CANCER! What a beautiful statement of love! I am honored to be part of it. I am honored that you chose to support me with green arrows, words of advice, training ride routes, donations, hugs, calls, messages and so much more. I am blessed beyond measure. Yes, my legs are sore. My mind in a fog from working so hard. That is nothing compared to what my Mom battles every single day. I will do it again. I will ask you again for your support. Help me with the ONE GOAL : END CANCER. You know who you are. I can never thank you enough.
