Pennsylvania: Police have identified the Schuylkill County homeowner who shot and killed an intruder who broke into his house Saturday as Curt Stein. Police are investigating whether Stein, 49, was justified in killing Zachary Foster, 18, in the East Brunswick Township home. Stein and his girlfriend, Melissa Booth, 46, surprised Foster at about 5:30 p.m. when they returned home to 57 Steep Mountain Road, police said. Foster, who was still inside the house, initiated a fight with Stein and Booth, police said.
