Which is why, as one of our Recovery Operatives, youre doing a whole lot more than recovering a vehicle on the back of a lorry. Youll interact with people, reassure them, swiftly and safely get them to their destination, and generally ensure that they enjoy the very best customer experience they can under the circumstances. Whatever your background, we seek reliable, presentable, individuals with a flexible approach to work and a passion for driving. Youll hold a HGV Class 2 licence but more important than this are your customer service skills to deal with people in stressful situations able to turn their negative experience into a positive one. Mechanical knowledge is also an advantage but not essential. Previous experience in vehicle recovery, whilst desirable, again is not essential as full in-house training to IVR standards is provided. We can also offer the right candidate the opportunity of further career development as we look to grow our commercial recovery team.
