People adapt to their environment so change is ALWAYS possible! Where I used to work, it was like a prison. Everyone was under major stress! People with poor health due to stress, unhappy, quitting etc. I tried to inject some humor into that place whenever I could. (I did my best to be on the road for my own sanity) I know it made a difference to the employees and I know the management liked a good laugh too. I was an out of the box sales rep and had many awesome clients all over New England! I felt I had so much more to do with my life and finally landed where I was meant to be. Now, that all that negativity has gone away, my mental health, demeanor, attitude and outlook have all improved. When you are part of a team that puts people first, not the almighty buck and your team mates are playing well together, it is heaven. Dont let a negative environment rob you of your wonderful personality, your quality of life or your goals and dreams! Life is too short to be robbed of anything. Change isnt always easy but, sometimes its necessary. Have a blessed day!
