People are brought up in two different styles: love oriented and object oriented. The love oriented ppl consists of maternal use of warmth, praise and emotional affection; whereas the latter consists of maternal use of tangible objects such as toys (Sears et al., 1957). It was really interesting to share becuase it basically shows why everyone is different, perhaps just because our different brought up style.
