People are busy with elections, parties and candidates r promising a lot,but for a common man or a villager election card is more important than vote... in every office,for every form either its nerega,job card,labour card,bank a/c for student scholarship,PRC,SIM CARD or to prove oneself a kashmiri election card is demanded.But ppl get no card, BLOs r silent,election cells demand money,BLOs collect photos in every session, a common man still faces the difficulties in doing any work even in proving himself a human being.
