People ask me all the time when they start how long before I see changeOr i have been weight training for a few months now and not seeing any results or my all time favourite I dont want to get too big These things take time building muscle is a very long process that takes discipline hard work dedication and patience it is a 100 times harder to achieve than fat loss with good consistent training and diet you can put on just around 1lbs of muscle a month thats around 12lbs a year of lean muscle mass and thats if you are 100% committed to the gym these picture are around 4 years of a difference about a year before I started lifting its took me 3 years to get where I am today and I am 100% committed to what I do its not just a hobby its a life style so please people be patient stick to it and dont give up.👊👊👊
