People ask me if my kids eat the way I do, and the answer is...yes, for the most part. I always just add a carb to the rest of the groups meal. Mine (right) has more vegetables and theirs has some yummy noodles. We do have the occasional pizza, hot dog, etc night where my meal differs completely. We dont deprive them at all...we do, however, have kids that usually eat all of their veggies and would choose a tea bar bowl over McDonalds any day. Im more than ok with that :):)
