People ask what I base my nutrition programs off of. Low carb? No. Low fat? No. Dairy free? No. Gluten free? No. Paleo? No. I base it off of the following principles: 1. Eat to perform, physically, mentally, spiritually, and most importantly at a cellular level. 2. Variety 3. Balanced 4. Nutrient dense 5. Whole foods 6. Nutrient timing Thats it in a nutshell. Of course there is more to it than that. But those principles alone will get you on the right track and from there some slight modifications to adjust for the individual and there ya have it.
