People like to characterize different decades, different centuries, and eventually, probably even different millennia. How will they characterize the 21st century? Many have alrready entered their predictions. Doomsday proselytizers aside, some people believe that as the 21st century progresses, humankind will move toward a more generally enlightened state, with more equality, ore peace, more tloerance, more openness, and more demonstrated love for all sentient beings.
