People of the Garden The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) - TopicsExpress

People of the Garden The Prophet (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Shall I not inform you about the people of Jannah? They comprise every obscure, unimportant, humble person, and if he takes Allah’s Oath that he will do that thing, Allah will fulfill his oath (by doing that).” [Sahih Bukhari] A poor labourer who has Eeman (true faith in Allah) is much luckier than the Presidents and Prime Ministers of the world who do not acknowledge Allah’s supremacy by word or deed. The labourer who lives on dry bread and sleeps under a tree, with no social security, medical coverage or insurance is far better off than rich kings whose final destiny is the Fire. The characteristic of the people of Paradise is that they are humble and do not seek fame and glory in this world. They mostly die unknown among men, but having fulfilled their covenant with Allah (subhana wa ta’ala). Their high status and special rank will be known to all on the Day of Judgement.
