People often say that the truth comes out when youre drunk, and I agree. However, there are two different contexts. There is the truth that comes out about others you know that which youve been holding back, and there is the truth about oneself and how they view the world when speaking philosophically. I find that when having intoxicated convos about the world with others they reveal their dark side and their preconceived notions and judgments about things they dont fully understand.
