People tell me all the tima animals are dumb. Well i can tell yah there wrong. A mouse had her litter under a water trough. I waited awhile before moving the trough. I moved the trough ten feet down the fence. Used a scoop to move the nest.mama was hiding in the grass.i placed the nest outside the paddock but up against a post and half covered with a feed pail. Next morning the babies were gone. Rose was sure they had been eaten. Later that day mama was spotted under the trough. Yesterday babies were back. Tonnes of places she could have gone. But she puts them back under the trough. I think shes pretty smart.
