People voted No after being told they (Labour, the Tories & the Lib Dems) would begin delivering on delegating management powers down the line to the Scottish Parliament by September the 19th. Now theyre making a phoney play of the Scarey-Tories letting the people of Scotland down on the immediate implementation of Devo Max by the 19th. Pure pantomime stuff. This is all an attempt to shore up the Scottish vote for another unionist party (Labour) to keep their (Westminster) system safe and intact. Be in no doubt, this petition by Gordon Brown and all the rest of it is all designed to fool you into believing that they (Labour) have your best interests at heart (instead of their own partys or their own careers) And its designed to tread along at a leisurely pace primed to come to fruition in May 2015, on the day of the general election. Meanwhile well sit all doughy eyed and lap up their guff about vote for us for a stronger Scottish Parliament within a bristling United Kingdom or whatever themes theyll be using by then. However, when pressed on the fact that they knowingly left people under the illusion that they were endorsing an offer of Devo Max to the people of Scotland and asked if they were going to honour that proposal theyll blink blankly, stare into the cameras and tell you with all the sincerity they can muster that they never knowingly made any suchlike pledges. Check my words theyll say, and right enough, therell be no record of any concrete pledges made by anyone that matters. It does get boring after a while, they read like a Peter and Jane book. So transparent and insincere, and were stuck with them................................ for now! They must surely know their tunics are on a shoogly peg, they almost lost their political union, now theyre laying the groundwork for saving their partys skins (Labour) in Scotland, with Brown at the head of this clarion call for all Scots to unite behind him and his Daily Record petition. BAAAAH!
