People want to workout to loose their stomach fat. Sorry but it doesnt work like that. You cant spot fat reduce fat. If anything you will grow some muscle under the fat then make it stick out more, so you will look even fatter. Unlike muscle fat has a mind of its own. It comes and goes where it please. That being said if you want to get rid of that stomach lower your calories to create a caloric deficit and incorporate cardio and then pray to your God that fat start to leave from your trouble area first. But by all means AVOID situps, crunches etc they all are pointless until you get your your body fat percentage down.
