People who have been fortunate enough to get jobs right after high school/university tend to look at those who are still struggling to get temporary jobs as lazy. They be preaching about how people should hustle as if one enjoys unemployment. When there is a certain external vancy at their work place, instead of alerting that friend they know have been running from pillar to post seeking for a job, they keep quiet and be preaching Wake up and hustle.
