Pep Band Info for Everyone: Dear Band Family, I wanted to communicate some information about Pep Band to everyone. All HC band students participate in pep band both for football and basketball, however, 2 of the 4 regular season football games this year will be marching band only games due to some logistical reasons. Next Thursday, Oct. 2nd (Homecoming) will be a marching band only game. Non Marchers would only need to be at the games on Friday October 17th and Friday October 24th unless our team hosts home playoff games, then those would be added as the playoff schedule is determined. As far as basketball goes, we won’t know the schedule until late February when they draw for the district tournament and then it is based upon whether the boys/girls basketball teams win or not. We usually do rotating basketball pep bands so students do not play every tournament game. I hope this helps some! Thanks for your support and effort this year!
