Perfect example of how being verbal as opposed to being non-verbal, does NOT mean you can communicate, effectively. Nobody panic. All is well. That high pain threshold in Autistic people, we hear and read so much about, can be a bit of a worry too, cant it ? Sore throat, indeed. And folk wonder why were over-protective and a bit scatty :)
