Perfect time to share with all of my Facebook friends and family about my experience with FRANKLINTON McDonalds. After three days of visits and my hour long wait in drive through, receiving the wrong food every single visit, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was just a bad couple of days. 3 visits on 3 seperate days, all which happened to be while the STORE manager was working, and business was this terrible? That should tell you enough right there. I had such rude service from the store manager, long waits, and still wrong food. After seeing the STORE manager dig in his ear and wipe his nose and then proceed to touch food, I was beyond disgusted, well as if matters could not get anymore disgusting, I overhear this STORE MANAGER tell another employee who was fixing my food TO SPIT IN MY FOOD!! Yes HE told them to spit in my food. Keep this is mind, this is the STORE MANAGER the one who runs this entire business and he tells an employee to spit in a customers food. Can you imagine how angry much husband and I were when we heard this and the fact that this is the same man who fixed our food the last 2 times it was wrong! Did he actually spit in it then? Ok as if all of this is not bad enough, just take a little guess as to what happened to this guy?!? NOT A THING! He is still there fixing your food or should I say spitting in your food. And did i mention that HE ADMITTED TO IT! So make sure you are VERY careful if you decide to go back there. I even talked to the head up of the entire restauraunts and he claims he would love to meet and make him apologize. But thats all! He claims that he does not believe that this store manager would actually do that! Ok and how does he know what he would do or not! So hes supposed to apologize to me bc he is forced too, and then im just supposed to go back in there and act like everything is fine and give him the chance to do it again? But guess what else, ive never heard another word from the head up again either. Even after ive called him. Wow. This is absolutely sickening and I want all of fb my friends and family to know what happened. I know I will NEVER step foot there again as long as HE is running this store. Not enough ppl take the time out to report when things are wrong but im glad I did this time so that I can show how they really are. Beware guys. And now this article? I mean no one can really say whether the article is true or not but I know this that im stating is very true. Fay Melancon
