Perhaps its important to talk on this important historical day! The words such as Freedom, Development, Change have become too shallow, arent they? There is so much of stress on outward development and outward change, which are important too, but there is so less emphasis on the need to develop inwardly (better acceptance levels, greater emphasis on individual happiness & choices etc) and there by leaving everything as-is in reality, but outwardly there is so much of development & change!! A good friend of mine said the other day we have developed so much in the last 200 years, but we are same animals at heart. She is damn right!
