Peripatetic Manager – North East Regions Peripatetic Manager – North East Regions Durham, County Durham £45,000 + Bonus Remit Compass Associates are working with a brilliant care provide with a large cluster of homes throughout the North East regions. They have an excellent senior management team who provide all the support and guidance needed for all staff members to be successful in their roles. At present they are seeking a Peripatetic Manager to manage several nursing and residential services across the North East. The Service All homes provide nursing and residential care for elderly and EMI service users. The homes are located in the Durham/Newcastle area and each have a Nursing Home Manager in place. The Candidate My client is seeking an experienced manager with excellent people management skills. You must have experience raising occupancy and increasing standards of care. Multi-site management is desirable though not essential. You must be nurse qualified with an active NMC PIN Number. Requirements RGN or RMN qualification Minimum 3/4 years experience of managing sizeable homes (40 beds +) Strong people management experience RMA (or equivalent) qualification Multi-site management isdesirablethough notessential Interview Process The interview process at present is under negotiation. There could be one/two interviews depending on experience and availability. My client is looking to pay a generous £45,000 which will be discussed at interview.
