Personal Inventory… I feel. Tonight my students performed and I sat there watching. The house was packed and I had some very important people as guests in the audience. I watched everyone in the room not just the performers…I wanted to see how they were affected by the words. I feel that my students did an amazing job. I feel that the work that they are doing in class is taking them into a higher level. I feel it. I feel excited. I feel that Barbara and I are accomplishing lots. I feel that the students are listening. I feel the students…’getting it’. I need. I need to continue challenging them. I need to make them better. I need warriors. I need for them to work. I need for them to ‘market’ themselves properly. I need them to be ready. I need them to ‘represent’. I need them to continue to love Eric Morris…I need them to continue to read and progress. I need them to stay in love with acting. I want. I want my students to be happy. I want to be happy. I want them to be successful. I want them working. I want them to realize that I love them when I am yelling at times. I want them to always remember this time of their lives. I want them to listen to their inner voice. I want them to be strong. I want them to stay focused. It was an amazing evening…I sat there very proud. It was definitely a ‘happening’. In this warehouse…along the south side of 595 art was being created. In this cultural desert we live in…we were all there united under this one roof doing something important. For the few that saw it…good. I am proud of my students. I am proud to be a part of the University Center. Stay focused is what I tell my students…stay focused is what I need to tell myself. Be blessed everyone…keep moving it forward. I am thankful to have Barbara Sloan as a teacher …I see how everyone is catapulting forward. Thank you everyone for a delightful evening. I am certainly pleased. For those of you that didn’t like it. BLOW ME!
