Personal Talk of My Perceptions and Inhibitions... Although this is a personal session, I thought it might help others in some way. Light and love to you, Ruth GEN: No talking for anyone else at the moment. Lets talk about you, Ruth, and your perceptions. We want you to RELAX, dear. Relax in your being in your existence in each and every moment. Your throat, and your bodily systems, are making over themselves readjusting to your new shift; carrying over some of the past, but merging into a new present. You did feel I with you yesterday for more than just those few moments, but this is the validation that you somewhat require. (Regarding of the meeting with Allison, Maria, Mike, and Ruth) That I was there, that each of you are highly connected to one another. You have wondered more than once today, put forth the questions large or small of how you can be connected to so many others in your past; known that you have connections with others that lie beyond the mere boundaries of a physical reality, and you think that there can only be a few, noted on the fingers of one hand. But in fact there are more than mere numbers can account for. As you understand more of inner reality, you will understand that youre connected in many more fashions than you BELIEVE at the moment. It is your beliefs in yourself that limit the conceptual information of how these connections can be so varied. Do not in any way worry about what you do not know or what you cannot conceptualize at the moment. Those times, those events, those conceptions are coming. Worrying about each of them pushes them off INDEFINITELY until you cease to worry about them. You feel the broadened sense of self even now. You believed even mere days ago that you could not broaden your perceptions any larger, farther, or wider than the stage that you are at And here you find yourself within a new set of parameters. When you fight those perceptions, you find your throat closing up and your body seizing and the energy DRAINING from your systems. So we want you to LET GO of your over analyzing and your worrying and your inhibitions. You do, in many ways at this time, understand that it is your own perceptions of yourself, your physical self and who you really are, that keep you from a smooth and fluid experience within your main relationship. It is not the interaction between the two of you and how you work TOGETHER. The secret that you now know is that it all relies within YOU. When you see that he is not accepting in any way or he is fighting you on some topic, the meaning you derive from it is, in fact, YOU not accepting YOU. It is your OWN perceptions of yourself. He is in that way, mirroring back at you what you believe of yourself. It is your recognition of this that has changed it this morning. And (it was) your broader sense of reality that did draw (to you) our interaction within that physical exchange. Your laugh was our laugh, your joy was our joy. So much is yet to come, is yet to appear within your physical realm, connected to you and those others. It will be not long before you spend much time around the others, so relish these periods of introspection. YOU ARE DOING WELL, MY DEAR. Letting go of your inhibitions and being yourself in each moment, and understanding that WE ARE YOU. That your expression is our expression, that we have not taken over you, but that we have always been you, and when you acknowledge your multidimensional self you acknowledge that connection and BECOME your whole self. Do not think too much of it; it is a MAJOR STEP in your development, but if you over think it you short circuit the accomplishments.
