Pet lovers, I want to approach this topic delicately because we dont want to offend anyone. At the same time, this is a topic that we feel very passionate about, so we cant, in good conscience, remain silent about it. We have removed several comments and a couple of posts that promote low-cost veterinary services. We all know these services are available and if you have absolutely no other option, we would rather see your pet get low-cost care than no care at all. With that being said, we do not believe in or endorse low-cost health care for your pet. Why? Because, as is the case with so many things in our lives, you get what you pay for and we think your pet deserves more than the absolute bare minimum acceptable by law to drag them through a procedure. We wont try to embarrass you or guilt-trip you if you are forced to use a low-cost alternative for your pets needs, but we cant allow that type of promotion to go on within this group so please do not be surprised or take offense if we remove posts pertaining to those type of practices.
