Peter & I have registered our business as a Texas Series LLC. This type of franchise is NEW. So new that no one knows how to really handle it. From the court house to the bank it has caused everyone to do research and get tge facts right before they proceed. If THEY dont, like today and just assume they get to do their job old school, it costs US a lot of money. Normal processeing is held up as we are forging new territory in the realm of enterprise and profit. It will be worth it!!! But right now its problematic!
