Petraalmoon Health&Beautycare Wellness SPA, International Islamic Traditionalcare and Petraalmoons Bizs E_Shoppe Procedure, Terms & Condition The following are procedure, terms and conditions for our services. By accepting these terms and conditions, you hereby duly agree to engage us for provision of post-natal care services to both mother and new born infant, either using Traditional Malay Custom, Spa method or any other types of packages we offer on our blog, Facebook page or any other advertising medium. Kindly read the terms and conditions stated below thoroughly before making your decision. 1. You are required to book our services in advance. This is to enable us to prepare a schedule that will be mutually convenient for the client and service provider. 2. Booking must be made early, with a minimum lead time of 1 (One) month (Gregorian Calendar) before the due date of child birth (stated by medical practitioner). Earlier booking (as early as 6 months before due date) is encouraged. We reserve the right to accept or decline any bookings made for cases with lesser lead time. However, we shall at our best endeavour, try to accommodate your request, Insya-Allah. 3. Booking can be made via telephone call or postings on our Facebook or any social media mobile application (Whatsapp, Telegram, etc.). For urgent or emergency cases, such as infestation or metaphysical disturbances, a mere telephone call suffices. However, we require strict compliance to whatever instructions issued by our service provider to the client or next of kin , to ensure complete and proper treatment is rendered. 4. For booking with usage of our treatments and products, all payments for treatments and products are to be made in advance, to the bank account (details of bank account as states below). A detailed list of desired product is also required upon booking. 5. Thoroughly check and verify ALL costing quoted (transportation charges or any other additional services) before deciding to engage our services. All decisions on cost and charges shall be deemed as mutually agreed and final, upon agreement. 6. All matters pertaining to services rendered shall be thoroughly discussed by the client with the company proprietor, Mrs. Marnita Binti Mohamed, by way of telephone conversation, or via electronic correspondence, or by scheduling a face to face consultation session. 7. Cancellations / Termination / Refunds - Cost for cancellation or terminations arising from the client or next of kin, shall be borne by the client and do not qualify for full refund. We shall refund whatever balance amount deemed fair after deduction of cost on preliminary services rendered / products consumed /consultation. Refund or reimbursement for damaged product or product defect shall be mutually discussed and agreed between client and company proprietor amicably. 9. Should the cancellation or termination of services arise from us the service provider, a refund shall be made. Deduction from the refund shall only be made with the consent and permission of the client for justified cause & reasonable cost. 10. We will at our best endeavour ensure the client, rendition of service with comfort, peace of mind, convenience and smooth service. Should any disruption or deviations occur on reasons beyond our control or beyond the control of the client, an amicable solution is to be resolved by both parties to their mutual benefit. 11. Should any additional cost be incurred due to any reason arising from situational requirements or intervention from clients’ next of kin, charges shall be imposed on the client. 12. We emphasise on prompt payment and quick settlement of any outstanding amount due to us. Should the client delay payment beyond reasonable period of debt clearance, we will not hesitate to proceed with legal action. PROCEDURE & PAYMENT METHOD Upon reaching a mutually agreed final price, the clients’ next step is to proceed with payment. Payment for all types of services: - 50% of the total price for the services is to be paid upon booking, whereas the remaining balance amount shall be paid during the treatment session. This method applies to all types of services, including treatment & care for mother in confinement & the baby. - For emergency and urgent cases involving infestations or metaphysical disturbances, or any other ad-hoc treatments, cash on site is advised as payment for the services. Payment for product purchase: - Full payment of products are to be made upon order placement. Products shall only be delivered to the client upon receipt of full payment for the products. Payment Method: - All payments for services and product purchase are to be made by way of cash deposit or online cash transfer to the bank accounts of the proprietor Marnita Binti Mohamed, banking account details as stated below: Account 1 Bank: Maybank (Malayan Banking Berhad) Acc. No.: 7027890208 Payment Notification - The Clients must immediately notify the proprietor upon completion of funds transfer or cash deposit. Notification can be made by way of telephone call, Short Messaging System (SMS) Text, Social media and other mobile telephone applications. Kindly furnish us with the details as listed below for record purposes: Full Name: Residential Address Telephone Number(s) e-mail address - All payment notifications require proof of payment. We highly recommend that the Clients send us an e-mail together with attachments of the screenshot of the transaction confirmation page (for online funds transfer) or a scan copy of the ATM Machine generated receipt or a photograph of the ATM receipt (for funds deposited to the proprietor’s account) * For security reason, kindly refrain from displaying any transaction details on our Facebook page or any multiple user social chats.
