Philosophers of spacetime, I want to make sure I have this right: - TopicsExpress

Philosophers of spacetime, I want to make sure I have this right: It is my understanding that the claim that space is continuous entails that the cardinality of points in space is the same as that of the reals. For that reason, the claim that space is not continuous is still compatible with the claim that it is dense (i.e. that for any two points in space, there is point between them). This would be so, for example, if the structure of space were the same as that of the rationals (the rationals are dense even though they only have the cardinality of the integers). Do I have that right?
