Phyllis Feder of Clinton Vineyards was among a group of premium local winemakers, beer brewers and spirits distillers who poured last week at the Hudson Valley Beer, Wine, Spirits & Cider Summit 2.0. The summit, which included a morning program of informative lectures, took place at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY on Thursday, October 9. At the tasting event, Thirst & Vine, which took place on the CIA’s Heinz Plaza, Phyllis offered free tastings of her award-winning Seyval Blanc, méthode champenoise and dessert wines. The summit was sponsored by the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation. In the final photo, Phyllis catches up with Tom Edwards, President of the NYS Liquor Store Association.
