Pitch, Hit & Run is back! The new date is Saturday, March 29, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at Bartlett Park, 550 N.W. Summercrest Blvd. The registration deadline is March 28. This event is free to all participants, boys and girls, 7-14 years old. You PITCH – throw strikes to a designated target; HIT – hit from a stationary batting tee for distance and accuracy; and RUN – sprint from second base to home plate for time. The program includes four levels of competition with top performers competing at Major League ballparks, followed by the National Finals at the MLB All-Star Game. Participants must provide a copy of a valid birth certificate for age verification at all levels of competition. No metal spikes allowed.
