Pittsburgh, We Got A Problem, Steelers Need major changes! The once mighty Steelers who been considered to be an elite team in the NFL, Now there just mediocre and there’s so much that needs to be changed. 1st problem, Todd Haley needs to be fired in season, There is absolutely no identity for this team. The Steelers are down 17 points and still are rushing the ball and throwing two yard dump passes, The only time the offense moves is in a no huddle offense which quarterback Ben Roethlisberger calls the plays. Haley simply needs to go. 2nd problem, Is GM Kevin Colbert for the last few years Colbert and Tomlin drafted the best player on the board and not for need, Colbert done nothing to replace Defensive players such as Casey Hampton or Aaron Smith, I like Shazier but the Steelers had great needs on the Defensive line and secondary, he maxed out our cap keeping players that could of easily been replaced 3rd problem hate to say this because I have the upmost respect for this man but the NFL new age offense has surpassed the legendary Dick Lebeau, time for a change and new voice to lead the defense Even with these changes the sad truth is the Steelers is still 3-4 years away from being a good team again, there is little to no cap space to even address the problems Colbert buried this team, Its time for a new face and General Manager.
