Pizza uttapam..... Spread the dosa/uttapam batter on hot tava... On lowest flame..Now sprinkle some desi ghee on it... Wait for two minutes... Now spread a semi thick mix paste of suji, curd, oregano, mustard seeds,salt, red chilli flakes on it and again sprinkle desi ghee .... Wait for two minutes and flap turn on tava and press it slowly and seve after 2 minutes cooking..... Onion tomato chutney goes well with it :)
