Played the High Roller event for EPC on Saturday and went out on a bluff. Still working out everyday without fail but had a couple of bad meals. It is so hard to eat healthy outside so I just got to refrain myself from eating out with friends and eat at home until I reach my goals. Failed the last time I set myself to cook at home for 3 days. So far weight 95.5 kg (-1.5 from last week) Current workout 20m interval running on treadmill 3x10x5 ezbar Poker Have not been putting in the hours I set myself to. Need to be more disciplined. I have around 18 days until the MPC in Macau where I will be playing a couple of tournaments and live cash. Until then, I am going to play 4 hours of 500zoom and 4-6 tournaments a day. Calculated the total $ needed for Sept till end of Oct is $80k USD for WCOOP, WSOP APAC and ACOP. Dont really want to fork out that money from my own savings since I havent been working lately. So I need to grind that out or sell action. Giving myself a 6/10 for last week. This weeks goals : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (2x workout a day) Wednesday, Sunday (1x workout) 4hs 500zoom with 4-6 tournaments a day 2hs video Daily schedule should look like this 9am wake up 9.30 - 10.30 gym 11.30-12.30 lunch 12.30-2 chores 2.30-5.30 work 6-7 gym 7.30-8.30 dinner 9.30- 12 work 12- 1.30 leisure 1.30 sleep Treating myself to a nice dinner at Marias on Sunday if I can follow the above schedule for one week.
