Players coming back out to see fans - Saturday v Oldham. First of all, an apology on behalf of everyone at the club for this not taking place. I spoke to Kav, with the safety officer, last Thursday to confirm this was going ahead. Kav confirmed that it had to happen without any hesitation at all. At full time, after what was a disappointing defeat, the playing staff stayed in the dressing room to discuss the game. That went on for a while, during which time a lot of fans left the stadium. The message came back to the dressing room that the stadium was empty - this obviously wasnt the case. Around 100 fans had stayed behind, from what I can gather. Some issues delayed the second meeting of the players with the manager, during which time I grabbed him and took him out to pitch side to talk to Sky TV. A small group of fans were being ushered out of the Warwick Road End - they were the last to leave the stadium ...
