** Please SHARE ** youcaring/pet-expenses/help-four-orphaned-puppies/171642 We have a puppy update for you (and two new photos taken today!) Thanks to the great folks who have donated so far to help these orphaned babies, they were able to see the Vet and get a tip of nose to tip of tail examination. Even though they were abandoned and in the rain for who knows how long, theyre doing very well. They had their first round of puppy shots, had a fecal exam, their first de-worming and a flea/tick treatment. They will be on the de-worming cycle for a while because they are simply loaded with worms, poor things! The flea/tick treatments will help them get rid of all the nasty bugs soon. Thats a good thing because any pet is in danger of anemia if the blood-suckers remain too long, not to mention being in danger of a disease getting a hold of them. Mandy at the Tennessee Animal Rescue & Shelter and we at The Joshua Fund cant thank you enough for helping these sweeties. They may be without a Mother, but they have wonderful Aunts & Uncles watching out for them! Their fundraiser ends in a few days so please donate whatever you can for these little babies.
