Please Share ****BUYER BEWARE**** I purchased my car from Spradley on July 11th. Since having made my purchase I have missed several hours of work, left my car with them for hours on several different occasions, been forgotten by their shuttle service at work, used several gallons of gas, had the car returned with new scratches, been hung up on, and treated horribly. I have been promised that they would make it right by filling up my gas tank, having the interior properly detailed, the exterior waxed, NONE of these things ever happened. Today they were to fix some body damage on the front bumper. The pictures I have attached were taken this evening (8/18) after it was returned. It looks worse now then when I dropped it off. If you expect any kind of customer service DO NOT BUY FROM SPRADLEY MAZDA KIA! I am going to file a formal complaint with the dealer board as I feel that I have given the dealership plenty of opportunity and time to make it right.
