Please Share: WANTED: Local Builder / Joiner / Plumber / Plasterer New Extension/Studio Required. Would like a nice new house extension / studio, ideally 2 storey. Builder to provide their own equipment and tools. High quality design and finish required. Will require several meetings beforehand and several meetings after to ensure good standard. Experience is a must, along with training and insurance. Professional qualifications and accreditations. Tools, equipment and materials must all be top of the range, regularly serviced and well maintained. I would like it to stand the test of time and be around for years to come for my kids to see the benefit of too - a classic, timeless piece. A real passion for this job should be evident from the start, would suit individually motivated and driven person with a desire to please people as long days will be required. Good communication skills and customer service will be required as you will have to liaise with several different trades, people and family members. Unfortunately I dont have a budget for this as after buying the house weve already spent our budget on important things like plants and ornaments, so it would suit someone looking to expand their portfolio, ideally at little or no cost. This would be great experience for someone. After all, its only laying a few bricks?!? ;) I can provide meals and refreshments and possibly travel expenses. Of course if you do a good job, I would give you a good reference and feedback and this may lead to future paid work and referrals. I would need to see a full portfolio of previous projects. *Sarcasm Alert*. Apologies for the sarcasm, however, this is very common of lots of recent adverts requesting photographers on Gumtree, selling pages, Craigslist etc etc. If it works for people asking for photographers, I thought Id chance my arm! :) How much are crafted, timeless memories of you and your family/wedding really worth? That will hopefully be shared and enjoyed by generations of your family?
