In recent years, through completing Our Manifesto, students have given your Students’ Union the power to lobby for changes you want to see. Here are some examples; • 24/7 Library at Main Arts • Wednesday afternoons free from 1pm • Anonymous Marking • 4 week turnover for feedback • Students designing and reviewing modules • Minimum standards of Blackboard development Our Manifesto feeds directly into the Students’ Unions Annual Student Statement, which takes your feedback and suggestions and makes recommendations to the University on how you would like to see your experience improve at Bangor. It puts students in the driving seat of your University experience. This year if you complete Our Manifesto you’ll be in with a chance of winning one of five Kindle Fire tablets.
