Please come and support the band this weekend as we take part in events to commemorate a weekend of Remembrance. Tomorrow evening (Friday 8 November) we will be taking part in the the British Legion Festival of Remembrance at the Hull City Hall. We will be on stage with the Band of 150 Transport Regiment (TA) and the Weighton Waytes Choir. Tickets are available from the City Hall box office. On Sunday 10 November the band will be leading the British Legion Standards and civilian parade to the traditional service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph on Ferensway in Hull city centre. The Parade will leave Pease Street at approximately 1030, march along Anlaby Road and arrive at the Cenotaph at approximately 1040. The massed bands will then provide appropriate music before and during the act of Remembrance, finally the band will again lead their section of the parade around to Ferensway and past the saluting dias. Please help us to ensure that we never forget the sacrifices made by so many on our behalf by supporting these events. See you there!
