Please confirm by Friday if you will be joining us for our 8th annual golf, goof and BBQ in St George 5/4-6 , Remember too that the rooms at the LaQuinta will be held until 4/10. You will need to make your own reservations. All of the details are below. We tee off on the Championship course Monday 5/6 at Sand Hallow starting at 10:03. The cost is $85. We can play the links & or Wee courses before or after the championship round for no additional cost. I’d like everybody to meet at the practice putting green at 9:30 to greet everyone, pass out welcome gifts, explain the tournament rules, gather the bet $ and take group pictures. If you plan on playing early that day it would not be a bad idea to reserve a tee time on the links to make sure you get out when you want. The Wee course should be open. Monday night we will have our BBQ again at the La Quinta starting at 6:00. The cost will be about $20 again. After dinner we will hand out prizes and bet $ and then have a BEATLES trivia & name that tune contest. It will be easy fun with lots of great prizes (SEE ATTACHED 24 pages catalog) and everyone will have a chance to win. It’s a fun course. We will meet there at 8:30 to explain the rules and take the bet $. There will be different tournament rules. After the round we will meet there for lunch to pass out bet money & prizes and roll on home. If you need a room we’ve reserved La Quinta Inn & Suites again. Located in St. George 91 East 2680 South St. George, UT 84790. Cost $69 for 1-4 people per room. We are requesting that each individual call in to reserve their room by calling our Group Reservations Department at 435-674-2664. Please ask for La Quinta Inn & Suites St. George and Group#: 959. Please also state the room type that you are requesting, arrival and departure dates as well as smoking preference by 4/10/2014. After this date the rooms will be released to make room for other guests and future reservations will be subject to rate and availability. A number of us will be coming down on Saturday 5/3 to get a head start going to dinner that evening and enjoying all day Sunday doing stuff with our pals. Let us know if you can make it.
